Nabertherm kilns

Nabertherm kilns are equipped with durable and quiet solid-state relays and a durable Platinum-Rhodium thermocouple. The base stones are placed on a steel and legs which are provided with wheels. Base, top and sides are attached without adhesive which prevents cracks from forming. The lid is fitted with reinforced hinges with gas pressure dampers thus making it easy to open even the larger models with ease.

 Nabertherm top loaders

Top 16 - Top 220
(from 16 to 220 Liter)

Top loaders are sold more frequently then front loaders because they have a higher mobility, are lighter and can more easily be installed. Nabertherm top loaders are equipped with wheels so they are moveable and thus easily can be put aside or stored beneath a table. Top loaders are also cheaper than front loaders while they still can deliver top performence.

Nabertherm front loaders

Front loaders are a bit more user friendly than top loaders. Some people find front loaders to have a better ease of use than toploaders.

Front loaders don't get as hot on the outside since they are better insulated. Wherever people are afraid that students, clients, children or pets can come into contact with the kiln, front loaders are recommended.

The most important disadvantage of front loaders is that they are more expensive and occupy more space.

N40E - N100E two-sided heating
(from 40 to 100 Liter) 

Left and right side are equipped with coils in ridges in the stones. Usage: for hobby; meaning not suitable for frequent firing at high temperatures.

Even though the maximum temperaturen is 1300°C, this kiln is particularly suited for earthenware glazes up to 1100°C.

N140LE - N500E three-sided heating
(from 140 to 500 Liter)

N100 - N2200/H five-sided heating
(from 100 to 2200 Liter) 

All sides except the top are equipped with coils on tubes along the sides and base.

Usage: professional; meaning that by the hight amount of coils the kilns can be used frequently at high temperatures without the coils wearing out quickly.
